All new full time employees are required to undergo a three month probationary period, during which time candidates are given control tasks, attend a new-hire training program, and pass required examinations.

Full-time engineers' salary consists of the following components:

• salary is quoted according to engineers' qualifications, results of interview, work results during probationary period, and overall job performance;
• bonus payments are made for foreign language knowledge and project management work;
• bonuses are paid based on monthly work results, project work results, process improvement work, and yearly performance review.

Rhonda employs higher education students of senior courses for practical work. It allows them to experience working in a software development company first-hand, and to gain practical knowledge and skills.
