A special training course is provided for all new-hire employees which includes lectures, practical work, and examinations. Additionally, a skilled, experienced employee is assigned to each new-hire as a mentor. Training and mentoring help newcomers become acquainted with their specific job role, and to more easily and efficiently integrate into our team.
